Anyone have problems with their support line?

My modem is only synching at 2000 kbps, I spoke to to 1st line support, got fed up with them reading a script, spoke to second line support, they are just as useless, reset my modem and still synching at that, then tranferred me to sales and told me to ask for a speed boost.

I think I figured it out myself, modem came this week, the line hasn't been unbundled thats why I am only getting such a low speed. I would think waiting a few weeks and the problem should be resolved and I'd get closer to 8mbps

Why can't the team just say this instead of wasting hours of my time, why employ people who don't have a clue with computers and read off a script? What is the point? Just employ people with a brain!!!

so is my guess right, and should i wait for better speeds?
