With a non registered buyer I would now be on the phone to paypal demanding my funds as buyer is unable to leave feedback for you to release the funds early.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I tried it, and failed. All I kept getting was "I am sorry, it is ebay policy to hold the funds for 21 days", she just kept on repeating it.
Do you think maybe it is worth another try?0 -
i had this happen recently to me but i had received feedback it was for an item for £300 sent via courier so i had the signature and all
i emailed paypal with the courier number (in your case special delivery number)
copy and pasted delivery info
and copy and pasted feedback (your buyer is no longer registered so i would say just that)
i had a very appologetic reply within 24hrs saying my money should have been released instantly when i received feedback and that they were sorry and it had now been done
i would not wait untill 21 days has passed especialy now your buyer is no longer registered i would email paypal straight away with the above info and state you have done what was required and that the buyer is obveiously not going to leave feedback now they are no longer registered despite them sending you a message (include the message from buyer including email address sent from and time) and request that your money is released straight awayI have a similar query I sold a DSi for £150 the buyer paid straight away and I sent special delivery.
The item has been received and signed for 2 weeks ago and I have asked the buyer to leave feedback (Which they have ignored)
If I have proof of postage (Receipt and tracking number) how can I get the money released if the buyer will not leave feedback as I do not wish to wait the 21 days :rolleyes:0
