Sorry just don't have time for those who try to wangle their way out of paying back what they owe. You borrow the money, you spend it, you PAY it back. 3 easy steps. I know this isn't popular with some people but if you don't like the terms, don't take the money. Don't take the money and then try and wriggle out of paying it back.

Fair play, I also agree with this principle - please don't get me wrong. However, I also agree with people that wish to take the banks on due to their inability to create and uphold a legally binding agreement. Look at all the threads on here, my bank has took my overdraft or my credit card has reduced my limit... there are 100's a day!

This shows how the banks/lenders jump behind an agreement when it suits them - exactly the same as what we are now doing back to them.

What goes round comes round....... :rotfl:

I always thought that was the idea of credit. You borrow it, you spend it, you pay it back..............or am I missing the point

Maybe with the £35,000 of credit I currently have available to me I should go and buy myself a nice new car, £5000 of really nice clothes and a ridiculously expensive watch. I could also move to a nice new flat and pay expensive rent that leaves me only only £200 a month to buy and pay everything else with. I could then say I can't afford to repay it and then not bother. Because my salary is infact no where near what it should be for the amount of credit I have.

In fact why don't all of us who know how to manage their credit cards do the same. Just spunk the whole lot, not repay it. Claim that it is unenforcable because they spelt your name wrong, it was on the wrong grade of paper or that it was issued at the wrong second or that they forgot to put a stamp on the envelope or some other junk and then go bankrupt.

Then the banking system will completely collapse (like it almost did last year). We can then all be screwed for the next 150 years, lives can be destroyed, houses reprossed, millions of jobs can be lost, thousands of companys can go out of business and we can all go back to living in caves and the rock can be declared legal tender as it will be worth more than money.

You borrow it, you pay it back. Can't afford to repay it (like I couldn't if I maxed all my credit cards out to their limit). THEN DON'T BORROW IT. Simple really.

read the threads before posting more junk - must be over 30 posts the same each day! Do newbies never read?
It hasn't occurred to you that these first-time posters asking the same question are probably spammers raising interest in these "write off your credit" companies? The mods should be more proactive and delete the posts as they arise.
