Transfer from A+L online saver to current acc?

I have been caught out by this before by doing transfers on same day.
It says on A+L site that transfers from saver to current take 24 hours.
Does this include weekends?
EG. Want to tranfer money to reg saver at start of May (or any other month that ends on weekend) so would I:
Set money to go from online saver to current account 30th Apr (a Sun)
Set money to go from current to reg save on 1st May (ignore that it is Bank hol for my question).
Would i need to set online saver to current account for 28th Apr (a Fri) to avoid the weekend? Or would it still work ok with the date set for a Sunday?
Cheers!

As there has been no attempt to reply I will tell you what my experience was:
I have found that with A&L it seems almost like a transfer between two different Banks and that you are best to ensure three or four days. This is rediculous I know but seems to be the case. I would have thought like other Banks I have been with that in reality it is one set of money in one Bank?
Anyway, I know that does not answer your question but maybe it helps BUMP0 -
I have just transferred money from current account to saver account and it showed up straght away. Has done this on all previous occasions too. I would have thought that doing this in reverse should be the same timescale, but I could be wrong. Just my experience.0

Please look at this from my prev experience. Got a refund in the end tho. This was caused by doing transfers on same day even tho it had worked previously.

My question is does the 24 hours quoted on A+L site include weekends or just weekdays?0 -
For me, I will work as their rules....just do it 24 hours in advance...mind you, Maximum £250 interest for a day is not much, not worth the worries....0

Have just checked my account. Xferred from online saver to current account and then from current account to external account. Both transactions showing as same day so I don't understand why A&L are saying 24 hours.looks like real-time banking to me like every other bank I've been with0
