PAC Code Rip off

Hi
Our company contract is with a company called XL logistics, they are charging us £35+vat for the PAC codes at the end of our contracts, this doesn't seem right to me as the main companies don't do it. Any advice?

Cheers

There are a lot of cowboys out there.

If I were in your position, I know that it would cause a lot of inconvenience, but I would let all the contracts expire and find a better provider, which would not be hard and then issue new mobile numbers to staff. Yes it would take a while to text, e-mail, write or even phone customers and contacts but would you not feel better knowing that these thieving !!!!!!!os would not get your cash or your custom.....

A word with Trading Standards would not go amiss.

    These are my personal views.......
