From the outset let me explain I know nothing!!!!!. I am trying to get the wap enabled on my phone but can't. I have been sent two pins by T mobile but still can not gain access. Could you please tell me what I am doing wrong. I have spent £3.00 on a 24 ringtone and want this on my phone. Could some kind money saver please help me.

Easiest thing to do is pop into a t-mobile branch and have the staff set it up for you. There are certain numbers recently on t-mobile that can't be set up with wap/gprs but t-mobile should resolve that by next week.
