kabzy - your PMs arent working. I just tried replying to you as below.
In legal terms, this is now called offer and acceptance (I made you an offer and you accepted it), so we have a legally binding contract. Let me know where to send everything outlined above to you, and I'll let you know where to send me the cheque.
Completely wrong. You need Invitation to Treat, Offer, Acceptance, Intention To Create Legal Relations and Consideration for a legally binding contract to be formed. Kabzy was joking, so no intention to create legal relations. No consideration has been put forward (i.e. deposit), so no contract formed.
Nice try, though. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

The photo to me conjours up images of someone developing their own photographs in a bathroom it's so dark!
When I first saw the item last night he was starting the auction at £15 + delivery of 50p I bet he's had to reduce his starting price after a barrage of emails - god forbid we drag him away from his "other stuff" as he's obviously a busy man! :rotfl:
I'd love to know what the other 47 vouchers are for if only 8 are for food? I'm almost tempted to make a bid out of curiosity just to have a laugh when they come. Though I think I might just have to ask the seller a couple of questions first.....!
EDIT: Just noticed he's now added a footer detailing what they are for....somehow I think the original asking price was maybe a tad too hopeful for all those!0 -
Ah the Monopoly card thingies - why ddn't he say so in the first place? Probably because he was hoping some foolish buyer might bid on the off-chance that he was selling a sought-after one without realising it, but he's been rumbled!0

Have you seen the other stuff he is selling!?!!!
Like he is gonna get any buyers for those!! - does he even have them!! wouldn't like his ebay bill!! - perhaps someone should email him 'If I buy the Mcdonalds vouchers for £15 could I please get a shed for free?!'Angel
