Hello please help !!!!!

My Girlfriend currently has BT Total BB Option 1 service, Even though she has had it for a few years now with BT her new term was activated on 01/09/2008 and will run for a minimum period of 12 months.
I have moved in with her and find the price and terms for this contract dreadfull, as they only allow a monthly download of 10gb then £1 for a extra 1gb or go for option 2 at £20 a month as her kids have went over the 10gb limit a few months now.
I have been on Virgin broadband but her area does not have Virgin yet, I want to change over to O2 and would like advise on how to do this at minimum coasts please since BT are robbing cowboys and always have been.
Thank You

If she's renewed the contract by phoning and getting a cheaper deal, or changing package, this will start a new contract term.
The best thing to do is wait until September then switch.0 -
Thanks mJ
She renewed the contract but she did not haggle for a cheaper price or anything and just carried on with the same contact, BT are there to make as much money as poss and don't care on customers, they need broken up completly.
When the contract is up, I will deal with it rather than her, to make sure she does not get ripped off, The Broadband will be with someone else thats cheaper and more reliable with a good customer service than BT will ever be0
