Maybe revise my original opinion a neutral0

It's not really worthy of a negative, as it was an innocent mistake, and not like they were deliberately messing you around.
I think I'd just leave no feed back at all! Or maybe a neutral.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

But you wouldn't be leaving the neg for the mistake. You would be leaving it for their lack of care, lack of apology and lack of personal responsibilty. Sure there is not much they can do about but to offer support and offer to re-send if it comes back (as it happens that was unnecessary. It's called customer service, in this case the seller just decided to duck and hide and hope it went away.
I must be getting mellow in my old age wiith my recent support for buyers...lol.0 -
In my opinion I would leave a negative as they haven't said sorry, if they had apologized for their mistake then it would be a different matter.0

TBH had they showed some support then i would say neutral but they did nothing and basically washed their hands of it
the OP had to do the legwork.the seller could have phoned the DO themselves
