3 Mobile contrcat problem
I have a contract with 3 and In Jan this year I complained that my signal was very weak or non existant and I was losing calls and messages. I was told that they would be linking to the orange network (I think) and I would get 3g coverage in a couple of weeks. They have checked that I have only 2 g coverage despite me paying for a 3g service. I have asked for a copy of the contract which they cannpt provide. They have offered me £10 per month deal to the end of my contract (curretly £15) with 300 mox and match. or a LGU990 / K850i Replavement phone.Can I cancen this contract as they are not providing a service that I am paying for and is a delivery note (as they say) the contract.!!!!! totally lost. PS They told me yesterday wo3g would ne avaialble in my area in 2 weeks, er August or possibly september !!! Arrrrggg to 3 customer service so bad.

have a read of this thread as there is a get out of 3 contract at the moment with no early termination fees
