    I went out as well tonight, was going to do 2 miles but ended up doing 3.5 in 40mins so quite happy....

    Especially big well dones to Pooky - i'm having some of your attitude pooks, it's amazing and we should be thankful for the positives we have in life.... even the negatives are posisitves in some way...

    Bunny - be grateful you have a relationship with your mum, even if it is a strained one..... you more than anyone know the power of positive thinking....
