    Thanks - its lifted my mood no end. Tuesday's appointment really got me down more than I had anticipated. So glad I didn't talk myself out of going. Better head for a couple hours kip before his majesty wakes up though!

    I went out as well tonight, was going to do 2 miles but ended up doing 3.5 in 40mins so quite happy....

    Especially big well dones to Pooky - i'm having some of your attitude pooks, it's amazing and we should be thankful for the positives we have in life.... even the negatives are posisitves in some way...

    Bunny - be grateful you have a relationship with your mum, even if it is a strained one..... you more than anyone know the power of positive thinking....

    hmm. I know what you mean. Trouble is I think that is my problem. Outside of this house I am really confident- I don't mean blow my own trumpet but I handle a lot on my own, you guys do see me when I am down but people at work would not have a clue and neither would a lot of my real life friends. All the things they have their husbands do I do, its always me by myself and I am very used to that (I dont like it but you just find yourself doing stuff...)

    My big problem is the men thing.
    perhaps not every day but once a week I will do something in that department.
    Nevertheless she persisted.
