    • [STRIKE]Made a pudding using leftovers [/STRIKE]- did baking instead so had some of these for pudding and will make leftover pudding tomorrow
    • [STRIKE]Entered all the active kids voucher codes I have to try yet again to win £50 [/STRIKE]

    Evening all!!!!

Late for me today as we've been in the car all day coming back from Scotland - 7 hours with only 2 wee stops!! :j That is a real achievement!! (For me, never mind the children!! :rotfl:)

Lovely to be home and back to normal, can never fully relax at the in laws house :o

Have kept up with clicks and scratchies though, and been as economical as possible, where possible!

Back to the grindstone tomorrow, will have a long list in the morning I think!!

Sophiesmum - welcome back!! Great to see you!!! Glad you had a lovely holiday!!

Hi guys, welcome back Sophiesmum, I'm glad you had a good time. I've always wanted to go to see Malta as my Dad did his National Service there after WW2.

Well done Cleosmum, don't get too giddy with all the cartwheeling.

I am still struck down with a terrible cough and a stinking cold. It is over a week now and my eyes and nose are constantly streaming. Maybe I have got hayfever at the grand age of 34?

    1) SC x £5!!!:jFor the second time this week!
    2) Went to work.

    3) Went to visit a potential bike for T that was on Freeads, but sadly it was all rusty and they wanted £20 for it so I made an excuse.

    4) Got some clearance method shower gels from Boots and also some cheap pregnancy lotions and potions. I made sure to point out to OH that I'm not actually up the duff and you don't need to be pregnant to use them.

    5) Made a huge pasta bake out of all the various veggies and leftovers in my fridge. It will do us for days.

    6) Attempted to use free cinema tickets but all the showings were full again. They run out tomorrow so I exchanged them for a showing tomorrow evening so we will finally get to use them.

    7) Had to buy some bits for work from Tesco and needed some things myself. I managed to use a couple of till-spits which gave me extra points so I got back more in deals points than I spent of my own money. :jI also used a £6 off till-spit towards some Lego for T's birthday which cost £7.77. So actually cost me £1.67 in the end. I am a tight Mummy!

    8) I called the catalogue company as I had something delivered yesterday and I had been overcharged by £36. :eek:Luckily they refunded me the difference without a quibble.

    9) Went to the dentist with kids and paid £16.50 for the priveledge of someone looking in my mouth for 20 seconds. Stiil at least I didn't need anything doing, and T got a sticker. Poor B had to have two baby teeth out as they were in the way of her grown up ones. She is traumatised, poor love.

ETA - forgot to add that I did an online survey and entered my Coke Zone points too.

I'll catch up with the thread then I'm off to bed early tonight in the hope I can shift this cold. Have a good evening everyone!
