Well first few hours back at work have gone okay so far, only a zillion e mails to catch up on and a few reports to read then I should almost be back on track:rolleyes:
Postie just brought me a lovely package from stripey friend in the Orkneys :A with lilac cow socks enclosed amongst chickenny things:D:D. Will be very useful for my new life in the country:D and for extra sparkle days. Thank you!!!!:A
Also received some free energy saving bulbs in post so will be installing those in new house this weekend - every little helps and the cottage eats electricity at an alarming rate with it's all electric heating system.

    Morning all,

I'm off from work this week as have (stupidily) hurt my knee. But time for those little bits to be done.

-[STRIKE]Email RCN to cancel a subscription to one of their mags[/STRIKE] awaiting reply should save £4.95 a month
-[STRIKE]Transfer money into my rainy day fund[/STRIKE]
    -Meal planner for June
-[STRIKE]Fill in spending diary and update MSE[/STRIKE]
-Use my new bread maker for the first time :)
-[STRIKE]Phone hairdresser (got a voucher for lots of hair treatments, runs out in June so free hair do)[/STRIKE] Appt for next week :D
-[STRIKE]Phone dentist[/STRIKE] :undecided Although have to wait a few weeks, can't complain as is NHS dentist.

Just need to tackle the breadmaker now, OH tells me he's downloaded the instruction booklet somewhere on the PC. And my meal planner and all done for today :)
