Today I have:
- Checked banking, lots going on :eek:
- Checked quidco and pb
- Read Martins email
- Mega blitz housework
- Drop bargain pressie off
- Find bargain pressie for DD friends birthday at w/end
- Find days out tokens for tomorrow :eek: I know I put them somewhere safe...
- Find cheapest petrol for tomorrow
- Meals from stores
- Pay a small over payment to my loan :j
- And also from a previous list I need to sort TC, HB etc

Morning everyone
Nice to see you back SM- opening post is always so colourful when you do it!
Not much for me today, parents are back from holiday so have to pick my dad up at 5 and my mum up at 11- they were away together but my dad is getting an earlier flight home so that he doesn't miss the man utd match! This was his father's day present from my mum and I paid for his taxi to the airport in Spain :rotfl:
Today I have/will:- check banking
- scratches
- payment to cc
- change to ISA
- finish tidying house before parents get back
- find my old barcelona shirt so I can wind up all the men in my family at the pub tonight
- driving to the pub so will be MSE as my passengers will keep me supplied with Diet Coke!
- post ebay and amazon sale!!
- find camera charger so I can start taking more ebay photos and get money coming in!
- breakfast, lunch and dinner at home
- may walk dog for free exercise if it ever stops raining

2/ online banking - gah! why do cheques take ages to clear!!
3/ ring council tax and set up DD
4/ few hours work
5/ tidy up conservatory
6/ tidy up our bedroom
7/ sort out doctors!

Well first few hours back at work have gone okay so far, only a zillion e mails to catch up on and a few reports to read then I should almost be back on track:rolleyes:
Postie just brought me a lovely package from stripey friend in the Orkneys :A with lilac cow socks enclosed amongst chickenny things:D:D. Will be very useful for my new life in the country:D and for extra sparkle days. Thank you!!!!:A
Also received some free energy saving bulbs in post so will be installing those in new house this weekend - every little helps and the cottage eats electricity at an alarming rate with it's all electric heating system.0 -

I'm off from work this week as have (stupidily) hurt my knee. But time for those little bits to be done.
Today I want to

-[STRIKE]Email RCN to cancel a subscription to one of their mags[/STRIKE] awaiting reply should save £4.95 a month
-[STRIKE]Transfer money into my rainy day fund[/STRIKE]
-Meal planner for June
-[STRIKE]Fill in spending diary and update MSE[/STRIKE]
-Use my new bread maker for the first time
-[STRIKE]Phone hairdresser (got a voucher for lots of hair treatments, runs out in June so free hair do)[/STRIKE] Appt for next week
-[STRIKE]Phone dentist[/STRIKE] :undecided Although have to wait a few weeks, can't complain as is NHS dentist.
Just need to tackle the breadmaker now, OH tells me he's downloaded the instruction booklet somewhere on the PC. And my meal planner and all done for today

I am at work waiting for my next assignment so decided to come here to catch up with you.
Here goes:

- Will pay off nursery what I still owe them
- Will pick up some mugs from freecycle
- Will arrange to pick up bike helmet for DD from freecycle
- Go and sort out not working mobile phones - have research how much I can haggle so should be able to get good deal
