T-mobile charges..... Help !

my husband is in canada working and his recieved a £400+ bill as he was in the hosp and was the only way to get in contact, although it was me and his family phoning him. does anyone no if these charges can be reduced in anyway

any help will be appreciated x

    Sometimes they can be reduced as a gesture of goodwill, If they dont, Then no, They charges are payable.
