Clearly, this isn't idiot-proof enough for me 'cos I don't get any list of options, and if I click the back button I just get a blank form again. Could anyone help?
I've done it for months with success but am starting to think why do I bother wasting my time even with this.
Any the trick is to slowly move your mouse over the top of the text message where the cursor will change to a white arrow. This is normally a good indicator when to press your right mouse button.
