Solar Hot Water + new bolier + underfloor heating?

Options
We have just had planning approval to convert our bungalow loft into two bedrooms and a couple bathrooms and are reviewing our heating needs.

Due to the location of the stairs, the floor situated gas boiler, hot water cyliner in the hall and the two water tanks are all going. We are reviewing various Solar compatible Combi- boilers and Thermal Store (Hot water cylinerd in old money) and want to fit underfloor heating throughout.

Seeing as the Clear Skies Grant (now expired) is only £400 we are weighing up the options if it is more cost effective to just get the builder to fit the system (with CORGI registered engineer to hook up the gas).

Has anyone had any experiences buying or installing Sloar Hot Water panels (evacuated tubes), Solar compatible combi boilers or underfloor heating (water)?
