After all the trouble I've had with them recently I'd advise sending notification by recorded delivery post and advising them by post too and asking for it to be noted onto the account / actioned whilst you're on the phone x0

Just in case anyone wants any form of template then please drop me a message, if you want to cancel your account you can actually email kevin.russell@three.co.uk
Kevin is the CEO of Three UK - his office will handle the disconnection and make sure that it happens when its meant to.
You will almost ways get a reply but please do bear in mind that you will need to be polite.0 -

his office can do anything - they have been know to pretty much give customers who have genuine problems anything they have within reason - as long as you are polite and truthful, they will be very understanding at his offices.0
