You could try looking in magazines such as 'MAX Power' which, despite having some very nice pictures, have a huge bank of part stockists, and more 'big boy' exhausts than you can shake a stick at. Available in WH Smith and other newsagents for about £5 (I think)The quickest way to become a millionaire is start off as a billionaire and go into the airline business.

Get a sex change but see about the size, it really is important or impotent?
it may then cure you from wanting a loud exhaust, my town is full of little boys with loud exhausts, their mums and their boyfriends love them, the rest of the population think their !!!!!! :A 0 -

subaru Impreza turbos can be bought for less than some corsas

The impreza may have been a 20k+ car when new but it depreciates heavily and in my area at least, has a certain repuation, not that far removed from the corsa one you refer to.

No just the next street or 2, I would crush every car with a noisy exhaust if I had my way, they are a pain in the !!!!.
Usually driven by morons.
Oh and of course most would be deemed to be uninsured because I am sure that the owners havn't informed their insurers of the " modifications ".0 -
There are two ways you can improved the sound of your car. Fit an air filter (there are a few types) or change the exhaust. If you just want a cheap mod go for an air filter first, then you can change the back box. It will cost you anything from £10-20 for a cheap universal cone filter or £70-200 for a decent air filter, cold air induction kit, about 100-300 for a back box and more for the whole exhaust system.
You do what you want with your car mate, don't worry about what other people think. In the same way I hate car with noisy exhaust, stupidly chavy pimped up, I also hate people think they know it all, their opinions are the standard that we all have to follow.
Just make sure you check with your insurer first because it is likely to increase your premium. If you don't inform them, your insurance will be void.0 -
This is one of the worst "I have a Suberu Impreza and want to tell the world" thread I have ever read.Keep the right company because life's a limited business.0

My friend's exhaust once fell off as we were driving along, so he drove the remaining 15 miles home with it running along the ground (was still connected, just came off at the back so was hanging down onto the road). That made a lot of noise. Couldn't reverse very easily though.0

Get a cat back exhaust I had mine done, and it looks like a stock item, e.g the back box is NOT the size of a dustbin lid,but produces the boxer rumble that I wanted without being intrusive/annoying on a long drive.0
