Add sloes to Pale Sherry after the gin - and by Easter you'll have a lovely dark red liqueur.0

Hmm, this thread gives me ideas. I may just have to try apple and damson gin jelly in a month or two when I take the damsons out of the gin...Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0

Hi All
I have made a delicious raspberry vodka liqueur for Xmas, and now have the boozy fruit left over.
I have a bar of milk cooking chocolate - I was thinking of melting the chocolate and adding the boozy fruit, then putting into a foil lined container to harden.
Would any of you add anything else?
Many thanks
