Regarding My Virgin Media Service!

Hi All,
i'm not too sure if i'm in the correct forum or not,

I have been a Virgin Media Customer for some time now, i once signed up a Staff Deal for 12 months where i received 50% discount from a VIP Package, however i left the company i worked for and i made my virgin package cheaper as i'm not willing to fork out £85 per month for the Service,
therefore i have changed my package to
TV - M
Phone - M
Internet - XL
Ebilling - minus £1
which comes to £30

however i have noticed today that Virgin Media are still paying me the 50% discount from my previous package, Do i need to notify them or if i dont notify them do i need to pay any money back ?

also theorically i'm actually being paid £10 per month to use the virgin media service.
:rotfl:

please advise

kind regards
xDreamZy

well if you dont want to be honest dont tell them.
if you do well ring them up. ( they might even let you off for being honest)
i 'm sure when they do finally get around to working it out your stealing off them they will cut you off.

  • i think i was to know is can they really cut me off,
also would they demand the money back ?
and is it really down to me to tell them that i'm no longer a employee at where i got the deal, also when i signed up and applied the discount they did mention it is a 12 month agreement.
