Got some cashback due from e2save that was sent off on the 28th of November, they have received it and have told me twice that a cheque has been sent and they will reissue another one, not been received either time. I e-mail them again at the weekend but no response, anyone got a telephone number?

Just rang this one: 01509 618500 - works fine - takes you straight through to Customer Services - had to wait 29 mins, but got the washing up done in that time!
I also have an email address that will be answered promptly:-

Dont mess about send a letter to CPW Legal Department.
Entitle the letter "7 days before legal action" give them the details and tell them that they have 7 days from the date of the letter to pay your cashback or you will take legal action.

I did this a while ago and they sent me a recorded letter next day saying they had passed the matter to OSPS (who were messing me about). The OSPS customer services manager rang me and asked how she could help, was then sorted in a few days!I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -
