O2- Finding out usage between bills

Sorry if this is a daft question. I used to have an orange contract phone and I used to be able to call for free to find out how many minutes I had used up. Due to poor reception, I have now changed to O2 contract. Is there a similar number ( free) to call to find out how many minutes I've used up? Can't find any info about this.

Dont know about a number, but you can check on your un-billed usage if you logon to your O2 account. take care mind as it's usually two to three days late...0

Thanks for this but the reason I am asking is because that online facility has been down for weeks ( With CPW).
