( I kind of get the shoe thing from my Mum but I also have feet issues so can be a lttle retentive about it all. I'll not buy shoes if they don't have a fresh pair in stock... 4 miles, 40 minutes, went over on my ankle twice. Only meant to do 2 miles, ease myself back in gently, but when I reached my final destination, I had lost my cabin key so had to run back round were I had just been to find it and where did i find it? yup thats right almost where I set off
