What phone number to cancel Sky?

I want to rid myself of Sky TV and broadband. Is there 1 number to call or do I have to cancel them seperately? If so any1 got the right number. I got skytalk so does that mean sky 0844 numbers are free?

Using the website 'Say No to 0870' numbers, I came across this number 01506 831609 which is for new and existing customers of all Sky services. So I assume if it's for all the services then you can cancel all of them there as well or they will put you through to a department which will be able to.

I you phone you'll probably queue for ages then have to endure their attempts to retain your custom with special 3 month deals or whatever. If you want to avoid the cost of the call and the temptation to remain a subscriber, send a letter instead! Here's some good advice:

For the broadband, remember to ask for your MAC number so you can transfer to another ISP.
