Broken Phone Help

Hi,
My girlfriend upgraded her O2 contract to a Nokia 6500 Classic phone around 2 months ago but this weekend, while it was in her bag, someone accidentally leaned their chair back and one of the legs rested on the screen and cracked it.

Unfortunately she doesn't have insurance and I was just wondering if and body else has experienced this and can offer any advice (eg covered under manufacturers guarantee?)

Thanks a lot

This is accidental damage and unfortunately will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Best bet is to get a quote for repair from either the shop you bought it from, Nokia or the Carphone Warehouse (as they have repair centres across the UK).

    Hope this helps
