I was out last night drinking etc, and I ended up dropping my phone in a bar and its all smashed. I do have mobile phone insurance with Natwest just recently which is lucky to say the least. It does cover accidental damage, loss and theft.
If my phone is broke will I need to send it off to them before I get a new phone? As I need a new phone ASAP!!!

Some banks also need you to have registered the phone with them prior to any incidents - I hope you did this.0
