Took advantage of this offer over 4 months ago. Still no voucher. Three blame comet. I call comet and they say they will send me one and it never shows. Avoid

Hi - I've been haggling with 3 all weekend as my upgrade is due. I've been offered a HTC Hero 300 mix n match, free internet on an 18 month contract for £15 a month. Is this a good or not? Should I hang in there and keep haggling? I haven't agreed to anything yet so they have put me on a rolling contract £12 per month 300 mix n match.
