N96 originally on vodafone now 02-no internet?

Does anyone know how to get a Nokia N96 phone which was originally on vodafone to connect to the internet via 02? The phone was originally on a contract (i believe-as i purchased on ebay).

The phone does appear to be unlocked as it sends mms messages/ texts and makes phonecalls ok but wont connect to the internet and keeps defaulting to the vodafone one.(This then runs down the credit instead of using the 02 bolt on for internet browsing) 02 had sent a text with settings and advising them to be saved which has been done but this hasn't worked.

Anyone able to help?

Ring o2 again - maybe you missed pressing Install.

Although you can check what your default internet setting is - you have to go into Settings->Interner or something and in there you get a list of providers and you have to default it to o2 if it was on vodafone before.

When i first put my o2 simcard into my sony ericsson phone, the settings i received didnt work. So i tried getting them again through that website, the second time it worked.

I dont know why the first time it didnt work
