Pigpen thanks for including Little Miss Meister in the list for tomorrow but she'll be away. She has made inroads into her room today as daddy was coming home. Its a long way from perfect but I told her to look at what she had achieved not what she hadnt so hopefully it has had a more positive effect.
Anyway she will be keeping her bunk tidy in the van as there's not enough room for her to spread her junk.Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -
Evening all,
I have just discovered that in trying to clean, I end up making more of a mess! Decided to sort kitchen cupboards in between making dinner and a batch of soup, pureed said soup which is now splashed over most of the kitchen! So back to square one, think the only thing getting cleaning tonight is the worktops (and walls, and window), ha! Cuppa then off to bed in a huff!
Hope everyone having more luck x0 -
Thanks everyone for your supportive comments...as usual you are all fabulous.
Triker I'm so sorry you've had such sad news. (((hugs)))

LilySue, that’s amazing about your uncle writing George Gently, I really love that series! George has such a great sense of humour. Please tell your aunt and niece I said I really enjoy watching the series and think your uncle has done a great job! You shouldn’t be embarrassed, he was a talented man. Why don’t you enjoy it? Not your thing?
Boddy glad your day at the hospital went well
Soappie, thanks for the virtual buoyancy aid, that’s so lovely. I am clinging on to it, and it’s definitely holding me up. You are a very sweet person.
Sunnygirl, hope the potty training goes well! I was at someone’s house once when she was potty training and her LO was running around pooing everywhere and she was running after her picking it all up. It was seriously yuck. Hope it goes better for you
Triker hugs about the sad news, hayfever, and the walking into shelf incident

Oh dear. I feel I'm in a decline. I need some Flylady kicks up the bum please.
I have just found myself getting maudlin and listening to stuff like Laurie Anderson's "O Superman" and Pink Floyd's "Comfortably Numb"
Someone snap me out of this please.
I need to do some washing up...
