Advice please: Virgin Broadband £2 month increase

Hello

Just got our bill and it has increased by £2 for our Broadband Size M (up to 2MG, but we rarely get more tan 1.5)

Was £18 per month Now £20

Also TV Size XL Was £22 Now £23

We are also now being charged £1.25 Paper Bill charge

Any advice please about these charges down.....

there are lots of threads on this but unfortunately there t&c's state they can up the price at anytime

And when they inform you of changes in pricing you have 30 days to cancel without penalty iirc.

It might be worth checking out the bundle/package pricing if the op wants to keep the service, as often for some mad reason it's cheaper to take a higher bundle than it is to take the individual parts at a lower level.
