Hi DT
Just read your diary - WOW again!
You must be so serene and calm; not only running a business, parenting toddlers and teenagers, proudly dealing with those debts AND you manage to find it in you to foster
- And a 10 MONTH OLD BABY at that??!!!! :T
You must be one remarkable lady, you deserve the look-in from our esteemed leader! Next stop an MBE!(or would that be an MSE?)
Hats off to you, you'll defo get out of this!
All the best, Mac xx0 -

I think you should come and visit and see just how wrong you are. Now if you were talking about my OH it would be closer to the truth but me I am just mad and also don't know how to say no - my poor long suffering OH despairs of me at times. Hence why he got his car he really deserves it.

My list for today
1. Do scratchcards
2. Check internet banking and do PAD
3. Go and buy ink for printer
4. Finish printing of newsletter
5. Adjust reports in Microsoft access
6. Print reports
7. Phone Halifax to get mortgage on line
8.Get a spreadsheet so I can work out budget
9. Go on on the wii
Thinking about money as I went to bed last night (please tell me I am not the only one) I realise that I need to tweak my plan a bit. I originally intended when the money arrives from Egg to put the amount to pay off 0% HSBC card in October into a savings account and pay PAD to my Halifax LOB card. I realise it will be better as both accounts are for about the same amount to pay off the Halifax card straight away saving about £30 a month in interest because by October I will have enough to pay off the HSBC card. So until money arrives PAD will be to Halifax when money arrives Halifax will be paid off. All cards will then be at 0%. PAD and budgeted overpayments will then go into savings accounts to pay off 0% cards. Note to self to remember MBNA will not be fully cleared when 0% deal expires in Dec or Citibank which expires in Jan so in Nov I will need to look for new 0% deals to cover outstanding balances.
I think that is it.

To be honest, I get confused very easily:o but the *principle* sounds good, saving interest payments. Thats got to be right.

Halifax is not my online bank account although I do have an account with them that I don't use which I am planning on using for matched betting to keep that away from my normal account. I think I have some passwords and things for that which I will have a look for and see if I can do it that way round. Thanks for the idea FF.
