last year when doing up the apartment we just emailed pictures and plans and let them get on with it:TBegan to realise yesterday why I could never move here full time

Blimey ... you know, my French apartment has been a mistake in *so* many ways, but at least I don't have this - there are managing agents to do all that carp .... of course, thats part of the reason it doesn't pay for it self..... we can't win, sometimes. Hope you have a better day today, DT.

We have managing agents as well they do a brill job of preparing villa for guests etc. but seem blind to anything elseand we don't make a profit either (but at least we can offset the loss
) but I really love being here even if it doesn't sound like it sometimes
