Blimey ... you know, my French apartment has been a mistake in *so* many ways, but at least I don't have this - there are managing agents to do all that carp .... of course, thats part of the reason it doesn't pay for it self..... we can't win, sometimes. Hope you have a better day today, DT.

We have managing agents as well they do a brill job of preparing villa for guests etc. but seem blind to anything else:confused: and we don't make a profit either (but at least we can offset the loss ;)) but I really love being here even if it doesn't sound like it sometimes

They are great and I am feeling much better today thank you.

Parasol is sorted they don't really last here as we get a breeze so have decided to roof the pergola to give shade so no need to get parasol :j The builders are in the process of turning redundant planter into built in seat by pool which will be much better.

Been to get screws and raw plugs for OH been to bank so todays tasks sorted and it is only lunchtime so me time I think
