Oh DT, I am so sorry to hear the dreadful news. I am a long time lurker and feel I know you like a friend, I have lived through your dramatic new image and weight loss, yet have never actual 'met' you, MSE is a wonderful place where you meet all sorts of fantastic people (such as yourself) that you would otherwise never had the pleasure of knowing. You know you can come on at any time and vent with no fear what might return you are amongst friends.

I do hope tomorrow goes as well as possibly can be expected.
