I'm fine thanks folks the funeral is next wednesday so I have been out sorting some clothes out for my Mom. Other than that just getting on with things I am still keeping on with my diet but the weight loss has stopped the last 3 days still my weigh in is not until next tuesday so hopefully I will have lost a bit moer by then.

Thanks for all your kind thoughts and wishes. My sister is OK at the moment she is keeping very busy I think it is when things quieten down it is really going to hit her. My Mom is staying with her at the moment not sure how long for.
