Hi tat,
Please let us know how you get after your appt at the end of June won't you? May help my friend too!Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -
I have similar sleep issues with my depression that have only started within the last year. I've had depression and managed it myself for about 10 years, but when I started sleeping 14 hours a day and putting weight on, losing hair and the like I went for a thyroid test, but that's come back still within the normal range.
I hope you get an answer for your sleepiness- I haven't got one for mine and it's really the pits when I lose a lovely day because I'm asleep. I had 9 hours' sleep overnight and then my afternoon nap today was a little over 5 hours, leading to me missing lots of things I'd rather not have missed.'Ive got a photograph, I'll send it off today.
You will see I am perfectly sane.'0
