Urghhhh Ebay Buyers
Comments

I would google for the phone number of their local delivery office and phone them up. They are usually very helpful and I have found a couple of 'lost' items this way. The buyers in both these cases claimed not to have received cards yet the sorting office say they did. You have to nanny buyers these days I'm afraid.0

my postie tells me there's some sort of work to rule going on at the parcel delivery place here & that there's a pile of packages waiting there for me & my next door neighbour*Scottish*Lass* wrote: »Is it just me or are Royal Mail getting worse??! I'm waiting on 3 items from ebay just now, one that I bought on 9th May, one that I bought on 11th may & one that I bought last Sunday (all of which were posted 1st class). I've pointed out to the sellers that the 1st 2 haven't made it here, but havent said anything about the 3rd yet. But its a bit much that 2 (possibly 3) things have gone missing. I'm being patient though, once the sellers posted it theres not much they can do! Hope you get it sorted out without anymore grief from your buyer!! x
I'm in Dundee, so that might be affecting your area too?0 -
Urghh Checked this morning now funds are being held by paypal so am out of pocket for item & postage costs I really think this buyer is pulling a fast one! I have the way ebay has gone down the pan and only seems to be interested in protecting its buyers and couldnt care less about its sellers0

If the item is worth less than £39 and you have a certificate of posting you should be OK. Even if the buyer is pulling a fast one RM should cover your losses as they claim its not been received. I must say they have gone to dispute very quickly so this makes me a bit suspicious.0

Or the parcel might have actually got lost? It's a risk you take when you don't send recorded. :beer:Urghh Checked this morning now funds are being held by paypal so am out of pocket for item & postage costs I really think this buyer is pulling a fast one!
