1st ever contract phone

I was wondering if anyone could help me find a cheap contract. Im looking for the cheapest possible 12 month contract, not bothered what phone it is aslong as it isnt really really old. Would look for around 200mins a month or so but not bothered about text as don't use very many, so the more minutes the better though.

The network would have to be anything other than vodafone. I have seen this deal, i dunno if you think its good, but the only reason i cant get it is because its vodafone and because i want to keep my number which is currently vodafone pay as you go so if i do go for it i will lose the number.
