British Telecom - e-billing

I am having a serious problem with BT e-billing with regards to non-visibility of items when I login to my account. I am unable to access items with include: Recent Calls, Billing, Friends and Family. Over the past 3 weeks I have contacted BT many times by phone, chat line and e-mail. In each case I get the response that the problem will be past on to the appropriate department and I will get a response in 48 hour. By my calculation there are quite a few 48 hours in 3 weeks. I called e-billing this morning (Sat 23 May 09) and as quick as lightning the operator informed me that he will call me back as soon as possible. Looks like I have a red mark against my name. It is now late afternoon and I am still awaiting this non existent call back. I am so fed-up with BT's antics that I now wish to escalate the problem to higher authority. I cannot find a way of contacting the customer service manager or the BT headquarters that could deal with the issue. In BT's code of practice it states you can contact the customer service manager but fails to tell you how. Does anyone out there know how?

Perhaps you telephone customer services and ask to speak to a customer service manager? :rolleyes:JimmyTheLamb wrote: »In BT's code of practice it states you can contact the customer service manager but fails to tell you how. Does anyone out there know how?0 -
I have tried that but the persons answering the phone refuse to put me through. I am constantly being fobbed of with the excuse that there is nothing the manager can do about my problem. By the way both my wife and I are retired. I now have terminal cancer and am trying to bring my wife up to speed with IT, and this problem needs to be resolved before my demise. I have worked in the IT field for over 40 years and have had close association with BT for most of this time. I find that over the past 5 years BT has changed beyond all recognition. It has become a rude and arrogant organization.0
