using the tenplate letters and guides, I got a credit from capital one after much chasing (ie, FoS action!),
and today I also received a cheque from BoS!
both not the full amounts claimed, but near enough - quite satisfying, thankee very much!:beer:
having probs with co-op, as this went to court for my arrears due (now settled), after the debt was sold on- no one seems to accept responsibilty, and their (co-op) sols are now trying to get more fees frpm me, so thats stale mate..
