Does anyone know if any codes will work on Tesco Entertainment? I've tried several times with Direct codes but have never got any to work.

Same here, no codes work. I always test the codes using some high value items before taking the time to do my shopping only to find the codes are invalid. They've missed out on countless orders from me because of this (literally thousands of pounds worth)

It's Tesco's loss, £170-£180 order and for that I wanted free delivery using an XX code. As usual Asda will get the order now because of the free delivery on orders over £99 using my Asda credit card.

I can't get any codes to work on my grocery delivery. They all (in turn) accept then when I go through the banking bit it goes back to Tesco and says there is a problem.

This all started with the double up clubcard delivery vouchers but that is finished now so I don't see why I should still be getting problems.

I note that the email contact address has gone from the website, its now phone calls - which usually cost money and I don't like getting into face to face arguements, (so to speak) and I usually remember what I wanted to say as soon as I put the phone down, lol, or online form - which I'm not keen on because you don't have a copy of what you wrote or proof that you sent it. Has anyone got the old email address? Thanks.

I put in a Sainsburys order last month, couldn't even find a voucher to use for them even though it was my first order - not impressed.

Feesy - The reason that Tesco aren't accepting the 'printed from the internet' coupons is because of those greedy beggars last month who printed off handfuls and used them for buying all sorts of things instore. Aparently it cost Tesco a lot of money and they immediately clamped down. There are always some that ruin it for everyone.

Reallymadscot - did you get the WHSmith coupon for being in their 'club' or whatever they are calling it? You know, the thing that replaced their point system? If you were emailed it then there wouldn't be a problem. If you are in doubt go to customer services before you begin looking for your books and check.

I posted about this a few post before you did. I phoned them and have had the value of the voucher refunded to my card.
They claim it's not my account or fake vouchers etc, that the web site is playing up in accepting them.
Was sent a survey about 'my shopping experience' lol yesterday. Would normally ignore it, but I felt it gave good opportunity to rant about this again, so I did )

Can someone please tell me is there anywhere on the tesco grocery site that you can put in the free delivery codes before you actually do your shop. It is very annoying when you do the shop and put the code in to discover it doesnt work.
