Hi, I've just been doing my tesco shop online and checked my club card number on the account. It says 'club card not registered at this postcode', I checked the number against my key fob and it is different. I did change my club card way back when I realised we had a couple of different ones on the go. I assume this one is registered at the addy we moved from 10 years ago.

I shop in tesco a lot but do not often shop online so hadn't noticed that I was getting less points than I should. Although I'd expect 10 years of points to be a lot, especially with all the bonus points coupons.

Ive tried calling tesco but they are shut. Is it likely they can sort this out? I only know the last 4 digits on the card cos they are all that show on my account page.

Anyone had experience with this sort of thing?

    Thanks.

  • Quick question - I just had a tesco voucher code rejected - it was £8 off an £80 spend, I got a booklet with six of them before christmas. Only problem is I think I've thrown it out once i used it and I wanted to check the date before I phoned them. I don't suppose anyone would happen to have one lying around they can check for me please? And has anyone had a problem with them being rejected?

Clubcard should be able to track down your 'lost' card, by your name, and the old postcode (hope you remember it), or pehaps with just your name if you have an unusual one, date of birth may help too. Th last four digits act as confirmation.
Failing that ring the dept you were doing the on-line order with, they will be able to give you the complete no linked to your e-mail address & order no.
Ten year's points may be a lot - but you aren't going to get them! Unless someone from the old address returned the mail - so points are accumulating. If vouchers had been sent out - they are only valid for two years, so Clubcard only keep records for two years!
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard

i know many years ago you were able to take any coupons into tesco/safeway etc and whether you bought that item or not they still accepted them and reduced your bill. do any supermarkets still do this as i have a few £1.00 off the woolite promotion got through very, it would make a nice little earner :D

Tesco and Waitrose used to do this until a couple of years ago. Sadly, they both stopped it after too much publicity was given to it by this very website. :o
  • Don't know if this is the correct board.

Has anyone got the London eye tickets today?

OH sat up till the early hours waiting for them to go live. They were not put on at midnight, so he tried again first thing and the site said they were going on at 11am. I have just looked and they are all sold out!

Why can't I give something to/buy something from someone on the forum?
The safety of our forum users is paramount and for this reason we can't allow anyone to exchange their personal details either on the open forum or via PM, however honourable the intention.
This means we don't allow selling/trading/exchanging/swapping or giving as gifts, nor links to your ebay auctions, or other forms of advertising.

Thank you for letting me know, missed that!

Just seen the Quidco offer for Tesco:

New customers save £10 on your first online Grocery shop, when you spend £50 + £7.50 cashback

I've never had groceries delivered, but have ordered something from Tesco Direct and stuff from Tesco Entertainment - Am I still a new customer?

If not could my wife register for Tesco and use my quidco to benefit?

Found this on the codes thread
    1000 points on a £50 spend
Code is XXGLDR valid till 31/01/12.
Says its for first online grocery order but worth trying on any account just in case

Does anyone know if you can find out if a code is still valid on the Tesco website, if so how

    Thanks
