  • I need help regarding the Tesco voucher exchange scheme.

    I have £150 worth of vouchers, and want to buy a new PAYG mobile, I read somewhere that this will be the last double your money from Tesco for vouchers, is this true. Because I will spend the whole £150 (£300 with offer) and buy something instead of missing out on the double up.

    So is this the last double up on vouchers.

    Thanks

    It all depends where you read it, I would think its worth them keeping on, its SO selective, they must be doing well out of it...

    Ring them up and ask, theres an 0800 number somewhere.

  • Hi

    Please can someone tell me how I can spend the 'unspent' clubcard points that have accumilated on my Club Card? In a recent mailing with the last issue of CC vouchers it advised me I had £xxxx amount of unclaimed/unspent points or vouchers but not how to access them or redeem them other than logging onto the CC website but that doesnt give any more info either!

    Thanks for any help :o

    you need to log into your cc account, go to cc points, and then you can either request them to be sent to you as vouchers in your next mailing or print them off and use them now.

    I had an email on 29th Nov with a code for £10 off £75 shop (TDXR-K4N7) valid 29th Nov until 23rd Dec but when I try to use it on a £100 TV it says

    Sorry, the eCoupon could not be accepted as you do not qualify for this promotion. Tip: Please ensure that your account has your most up to date Clubcard details set in the ‘My Account’ section to ensure that we verify your details correctly.

    So I don't know if the code is valid because I was logged into my account and my clubcard details are correct but I can't seem to get it to work.

    Steve273:
    Dec 1st was the last day to convert your vouchers into 'Exchange Vouchers' e.g. £5.00 into £10.00. Dec 6th being the last day to use those 'Exchange Vouchers' !
    If you didn't do that, it's more than likely that there will be more next year - but what categories who knows.

    crisp £ note:

    For your unspent vouchers - as per the reminder statement, which to vouchers that have been sent to you in the past that you haven't used - you can either;

    - call CC to have them rolled over for the Feb mailing, or

    - go to tesco website, then clubcard, then 'myclubcardaccount' once you have logged on there click on 'your vouchers' provided your main card is the one linked to your email address (and not a separate CC no) you should be able to see them and either print them off, or use the codes on-line.
