    It's taken nearly ten years to get where we are. Just keep filling in the forms and pray the council employ a decent ASB officer!

    We're on friendly terms with our neighbours, but I'm embarrassed that I instantly forgot their names when introduced. And they remember ours :cry: We've been here almost 2 years so I'm going to look mega crap if I own up now!!
    My TV is broken! :cry:
    Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j

    Do you send each other Christmas cards? That's how I got to know my neighbours names :D

    Hmmm..we don't have great form regarding neighbours....when we first moved in the guy next door hanged himself for all to see of scaffolding outside his house..not pleasant but was overdue and he sent me into labour! However as we dont reallt know anyone, I'm always curious about what everyone does for a living...couldbe a great excuse for a nosey?

    I had to re-read this as I thought you said him killing himself was overdue. I realise now what you meant. How very sad and distressing.

    Well, if you think they're nice people it's likely that the other neighbours do too. I'd pop round and ask one of them. I'd also pay them a fiver to keep mum and hide your embarrassment
