Neighbours Night Out

Does anyone know anything about this? Isn't it an evening in June where we are encouraged to organise an event which helps us get to know our neighbours?

Can anyone give me some more info please, I have googled but not very successfully ... might be the two little ones running screaming into the room at the same time though :D

My neighbour allegedly murdered his wife (currently in prison awaiting trial) ... think we'll be giving this one a miss. :o

Having said that, I am sure that everybody else has lovely neighbours, and hope you have a lovely time. ;)
    Gone ... or have I?

My neighbours have been given multiple antisocial behaviour warnings, have broken down my back fence to get into my garden multiple times... Tried to burn us out the bonfire night before last and threatened to hit me for asking who did it while the firemen were putting it out... Don't think I'll be approaching them for a party...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...

Oh pants, looks like I'm not the only one with a nightmare on their doorstep. Ironically my neighbours appeared to be pleasant, respectable people ... until the day I looked out and saw police swarming the area.

Hope you get something sorted Krystaltips, has the LA considered taking legal proceedings against the neighbours?

We are looking forward to an initial eviction hearing next Friday against our neighbour from hell. Unfortunately the full hearing won't be until the end of July but hopefully the world and his wife will hear us celebrating then!

They're all talk and no action... I do despair... I've had the Antisocial behaviour team round far more than neccessary, as well as the community police etc... All of them telling me how they're working together to get them moved (local authority housing) its been 2 years since it started now and they still live there... Wish I was local authority, I could put in for a transfer... Sadly I made the mistake of buying my house...

And it's not just me, they've harrassed many other people on this estate, some worse than me from what I've heard... The police helicopter was out last week after one of them and they've been in and out of prison already... I just don't get why the LA don't do more!
