Bank Holiday Weeekend 23rd/24th May - What small DFW things have you done today?

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free;)
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important.
Hellloooo to everyone on this beautiful sunny Saturday:p
Up nice and early - lots to do, shame to waste it sat in bed....
Hope Mogchops has a fab holiday (and anyone else doing anything exciting;))
I have my sister, her husband and 3 girls coming for a bbq and sleeping over, so should be fun!
Here's my list for today.....

Hi guys - woo hoo the sun is shining!
1) Today I am hoping for a NSD.
2) My mum is coming round to help me sort out the garden, so I will be taking full advantage of her and roping the kids in for enforced child labour.
3) I have also persuaded OH who can't help to buy us all a Chinese takeaway later as a reward.
4) Will pop a birthday present round to my sister- she is obviously very down at the moment because of her dog. Thankyou Karmacat and andan for your kind words yesterday.
Have a fantastic day everyone - see you later,
