Hi
why on earth is it so difficult to get a broadband connection activated? we are in the process of moving house this weekend and were told yesterday that it will be the 13th June before we can get this done...why does it take this long? I work from home on my computer...my partner works many hours from home after coming home from work too!
We are with BT and want to stay with BT but the house we are moving to is on some network called Unicom........ we have rang unicom and their time limits are the same!!!!
ludicrous...we rely on broadband!! like I am sure so many others do!!!

Still need a phone line or something? Usually takes just a few days to get broadband with a working phone line but they can advise within 2 weeks.
When moving, it could be useful to think about a wireless 3G connection for your computers whilst the broadband gets put in. You can buy them outright now quite cheap and top them up with credit.0
