How to rip a CD

Hi, I need to rip the TalkTalk connect and go CD because my laptop cd cdrive is busted at the moment. Without installing the cd on my lapotop i cant connect to the internet. How do i rip the CD so i can transfer the program via usb and run it on my laptop. Can anyone help?

Part of the problem is that my laptop is a vaio. And all parts are like 10x the normal price because they have to be vaio compatible brought from sony. Its quite annoying.
