Pay as You Go with Emails?

Does anyone know where can I get pay as you go with access to emails?
I haven't found this anywhere, so I'm thinking of another alternative: I have a USB dongle for broadband connection (I pay this monthly anyway) and if there's a pay as you go mobile with a USB port and has the needed software (email software and connection software) so I can plug in it the USB broadband dongle that I already have to get access to my emails, has anyone experimented with such a thing?
The whole point is that I need pay as you go with access to emails.
