I was charged by O2 for one day calling 07744
I am on a 200 minutes any time any network (O2). Interestingly I was charged about 37 pound for calling a 07744****** number on calls made on 13 March. More interestingly I used this number before 13 March and after 13 March and it was OK and with no charges. The total available for use was 300 minutes and I used only 60 minutes. I could not explain this. Any body have an explanation?

adel1aded, you should give o2 customer service a call and explain to them clearly about the charges for the 07744 call....they should normally make a refund.

mebbe yr monthly ontract starts on the 14th of every month & so on the 13th [last day of prev month contract] u went wildly over your inclusive minute allowance & regular 'charged' calls to 07744 are pretty steep ?0
